With Dropbox freshly installed on a new "Windows 10 in S-mode" laptop, I went online to my Dropbox account and made a file available offline. Then I disconnected from the Internet and reopened Dropbox, but did not see the file under Offline Files.

Is this a known problem? Can you please let me know if you're able to replicate this behavior with any file after rebooting the affected device?
